Defective manufacturing

I recently bought a pair of Moc Toe Steel Toe Survivor boots from my local Walmart on Saturday 9/24/22. Upon wearing the boots more, I noticed a major manufacturing defect. The right boot has a right boot outer sole, but seems to have a left molded boot shell. How can I get this fixed? My local Walmart rarely gets this style in, even less frequently in my size (men's 7.5.)

Falling apart after 1 month use. For the money that's terrible.

I usually buy work boots at Walmart cause even expensive boots fall apart where i work. But anyways I've been buying these boots for 4 years now. And the last 3 pairs have fallen apart at bottom of soles after 1 month use. For that kind of money it's not worth it. Only plus side is they are comfortable but i can't afford a new pair of work boots every month that's ridiculous.

User's recommendation: If you shop at Walmart for work boots try there brand think it's brahma or something like that. Cheaper and lasts me for over 2 months.

Poor Quality

Purchased a pair of Herman Survivor Boulder boots from Walmart 4 months ago. Didn't wear right away. Started wearing a month ago. Sole separated from boot right away. Went past the 90 days from purchase so not able to return. Piece of crap. Don't buy any Herman Survivor boots!!!

User's recommendation: Don't do it.

SHODDY quality and a 'rip-off'

Sole (tread) came loose from the upper part. It was merely glued together, and the glue failed totally. These boots are about 6 years old, but were mostly in storage and rarely worn; I bet I totalled less than 25 miles in this pair of boots. (This is re the 400g thinsulate model.)

User's recommendation: Buy these only if you enjoy wasting your money.

Herman Survivors - I bought a pair of the survivor series steel toes, waterproof boots and they hurt my feet and also it rained one day and I found out that they aren't as waterproof as they are supposed to be
I bought a pair of the survivor series steel toed waterproof boots at Walmart because the price was reasonable and nice looking boots, I tried them on, and they seemed to be comfortable, well It rained one day, and I was in a small puddle of water strapping down my load, and next thing I knew my feet felt wet, so I got done and went inside and took my boots off and sure enough my socks were wet, also by the time I got off work the inside of the boots stank like mildew and also, after wearing them for a couple of weeks I thought they would break in and be more comfortable, but my feet hurt wearing these boots still. Now I have to get another pair of boots. Needless to say I am very displeased with this product and will not recommend them to anyone. Thanks

User's recommendation: Don't buy these boots.

Pain and uncomfortable

I bought a new pair of Hermans survivors pro series boots they are the worst theyre not comfortable and they are not slip resistant. The hard rubber sole has caused me to fall many times.

User's recommendation: Get any other brand.

POOR QUALITY

My Arkansas deer season is about 6 weeks. Fortunately, most of my stands are very, very short walking distances. More like walking across the street to my mailbox, seriously! I received a pair of Herman Survivor boots last Christmas, 2019. Today is December 2, 2020, the complete soles on that pair of Boots have completely fallen off!! I guess that person in China used bubblegum instead of glue, on those soles?? I'm sorry to the bubblegum, it stays on sidewalks For Years!! Meanwhile, I can't walk 20 feet in these pitifully constructed Walmart Herman Survivor boots. Sure glad it was a gift and not a waste of My Money!!

User's recommendation: ABSOLUTELY NO, NO, NO!

Same with waterproof hunting low rise boot for turkey hunting. Walked through some short grass on my way afield and was soaked through after about 200 yards of walking.

Squeaky boots

3 pairs of boots in a year. All squeak no matter what I do. Feel stupid for buying as many as I did, thinking it was a fluke. These boots are garbage. Dont buy them unless you work on a duck farm. Quack quack every step you take. 2 pairs in the trash

User's recommendation: Do not buy these boots!

Previous satisfaction vs. current complaint.

Herman Survivors - Previous satisfaction vs. current complaint.
Bought my first pair of Herman Boots in the early 70's. After many years of use, I replaced them several years ago with a pair I purchased at Walmart. I've worn them maybe 100 times since I purchased them, the last time I wore them, the sole peeled back about four inches making them virtually useless. Their slogan "The boots that never say die" surely is a thing of the past.

User's recommendation: Shop around for another brand of boots.
